I am thoroughly enjoying Hong Kong. This is a beautiful, clean and modern city.

This photo is from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. While I know it is kind of goofy, it was the only image I could get of the trading floor since photos are not allowed.
Tonight I finally went out to dinner. Kate, Tammy (from the

Small Business Development Center) and I went to a Japanese restaurant. What an incredible treat. I had shrimp and tempura sweet potatoes. They melted in my mouth and I couldn't even eat all of them. It was worth every cent and yes, it was expensive! Good thing I saved up for it.

I am so happy that I was able to come on this trip. I am so fortunate. Just wish you all were here. Cheryl
