I just finished watching the video that I'm posting below. I've been following Jamie as a chef for about 10 years now and wondered why he had disappeared from the Food Network a few years ago. The following is what he's been doing. TED, for those who don't know, is the best source of high quality educational videos that I know of. I use them in every course I teach. I'd be interested in knowing what you all think about his presentation and message.

I ran across this video after buying his new cookbook - Food Revolution. I agree with him 100% and will be watching his show on March 26 on ABC. It's up to all of us to pass on the concept of eating "real food". Jaime gets it!
