Update on David

Some of you know that my brother Dave (see photo below) had a minor heart attack a few weeks back. Last Friday he went in for some tests to determine if he had any blockage in his coronary arteries and if so, how much. After the procedure they placed him in the hospital and scheduled emergency surgery for early Saturday morning. He was told either have surgery or he might not make it a year. Mirna called me that evening and reported that Dave was on a respirator and had not woken up yet. Last night Dave called and reported he'd been unhooked from many of the tubes and machines and didn't remember much about the last couple of days. He will be in the hospital for a few more days before he's released. No idea at this time of how long recovery will take.
