Vacation Day 6 (Wednesday)

Utah Olympic Park

Did you ever wonder what they do with a Winter Olympic Park after the Olympics are over? In Park City, Utah they use it year around for recreation and to train future Olympic champions. Today Cheryl and I watched as young skiers trained and played. The temperature was in the high 80's but the skiers were coming down the hill off the jump and into.......water. Everyone from the kids to the parents were having a great time. We hope to take the regular tour up to the top tomorrow before we leave to come home.

























This skier came off the high run and did several flips before landing in the pool.
The trapeze is set right next to the pool where the jumpers land.
